Refund Policy
1. Overview
SolidNorth Smart Solutions ('we', 'us', or 'our') provides automation, integration, and digital services under the terms outlined in our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept the following refund and return policy.
2. Service Nature
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all work is considered delivered upon completion of the agreed scope as outlined in the MSA and SOW. Once services are initiated, we do not offer returns or exchanges for completed work.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If services have not yet been initiated or any work commenced;
- If the request for refund is made within 5 business days of payment AND before the project start;
- If there is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in the MSA/SOW, subject to verification.
4. Revision Requests
We include up to two (2) minor revisions per month as part of service delivery. Additional revision requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted or billed separately and are not eligible for refunds once work has commenced.
5. Process for Refund Requests
Clients must submit refund requests in writing to [email protected], detailing the reason for the request. We will review the request within 10 business days and respond with the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Subscription fees for third-party software tools held under the client’s account;
- Fees for completed services or approved deliverables;
- Any expenses or costs explicitly agreed to and incurred on behalf of the client.
